Sesame Bok Choy

1/2 chopped onion
1-2 bok choy cabbages
1-2 Tbsp of vegetable oil
1-2 tsp soy sauce. You can add more to taste after if needed
1/4- 1/2 tsp of toasted sesame oil
Optional: sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds after it is cooked.

Saute the onion with the oil until it starts to turn translucent.
Add the bok Choy and saute 1-2 minutes then add the soy sauce and continue to saute about 2 more minutes until the leafy part of the bok coy is wilted and the white stalks are starting to cook but are still slightly crisp.

Turn off and add a few drizzles of toasted sesame oil

Serve over rice or as a side.
